Yes. Orders of one full pallet or more per product receive a 10% discount on the listed prices.

How many m² are in one pallet?

Accepted Answer

51.84 m² for polished 60 × 120 cm, 54.72 m² for full-body 60 × 60 cm and 54.00 m² for the 20 × 120 cm wood look. The exact figure is shown in the pricing block on every product page.

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Within Germany, roughly €4 / m² for 1–3 pallets, €3 / m² for 4–5 pallets and around €1 / m² from 6 pallets. On the full-body range, orders of 6 pallets or more are delivered free within Bavaria. Collection from Bockhorn is free.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices shown are net, excluding German VAT, and ex-warehouse 85461 Bockhorn. VAT and delivery are added at quotation.

Can I visit the warehouse?

Yes, by appointment only so that someone is available to pull the pallets you want to see. Request a slot on the Warehouse page.

Can I see a tile before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Either visit the warehouse in Bockhorn or ask us for a cut sample. Samples are the fastest way to check tone against your kitchen or joinery.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Sample pieces are available for most products against a small handling fee, which is credited against a following pallet order.

Do you deliver throughout Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to all German postcodes by pallet freight, and to neighbouring EU countries on request.

Are the tiles suitable for outdoor use?

Accepted Answer

The full-body 60 × 60 cm range is rated R10B and the 15 mm Core Series pavers are rated R11, both frost-resistant, making them suitable for terraces and outdoor circulation. All ranges are frost- and fire-resistant; the polished range is intended for indoor use.

What does "ex-warehouse" mean?

The price covers the tiles loaded at our warehouse in 85461 Bockhorn. Transport is either arranged by you or quoted separately by us.

How do I calculate how many tiles I need?

Accepted Answer

Measure the area in m², add 10% for cuts and waste, then divide by the m² per box to get boxes. Our calculator on the product page does this for you and rounds up to full boxes and pallets.
